Promotion rules for “ULTRA”

1. General information
   1. The “ULTRA” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC, a St. Vincent and the Grenadines company with registration number 915 LLC 2021, located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (hereinafter referred to as “We” or the “Organizer”).
   2. Our goal is to improve the experience of using the Binomo platform (hereinafter referred to as “Binomo” or the “Binomo Platform”) and build User loyalty.
   3. The rules and conditions of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are available at https://blog.binomoidr.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Our Site”).
2. Who can participate?
   1. Participation in the Promotion is exclusive and available only to legally eligible persons (hereinafter referred to as “You” or the “Participant(s)”) who:

1. are registered on the Binomo Platform as Users; and
2. have listed India as their country of residence in their Binomo Account; and
3. have VIP status on the Binomo Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Binomo Status”); and
4. during the period from May 01, 2024 (00:00 UTC) to May 31, 2024 (23:59 UTC), have made 1 (one) lump sum or multiple Deposits totaling 3,000 (three thousand) US Dollars or more, or the equivalent amount in another currency (points (a) to (d) hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Participation Criteria”). 
5. These Rules may involve additional requirements for participation in the Promotion.

3. When is the Promotion held? 
   1. The Promotion runs from June 01, 2024 (00:00 UTC) to June 30, 2024 (23:59 UTC) (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to participate? 
   1. To participate in the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period, consistently meet the goals (hereinafter referred to as the “Goal”) for achieving Trading Turnover (hereinafter referred to as the “Participation Requirements”):

1. Goal 1 (hereinafter referred to as “Goal 1”) is to complete Trading Turnover of 30,000 (thirty thousand) US Dollars or the equivalent in another currency; 
2. Goal 2 (hereinafter referred to as “Goal 2”) is to complete Trading Turnover of 55,000 (fifty-five thousand) US Dollars or the equivalent in another currency;
3. Goal 3 (hereinafter referred to as “Goal 3”) is to complete Trading Turnover of 110,000 (one hundred ten thousand) US Dollars or the equivalent in another currency; 
4. Goal 4 (hereinafter referred to as “Goal 4”) is to complete Trading Turnover of 320,000 (three hundred twenty thousand) US Dollars or the equivalent in another currency. 

2. Each subsequent Goal will become available for completion after the previous Goal is completed. 
3. You can participate in the Promotion only 1 (one) time. 
5. Benefits
   1. Each Participant who meets the Participation Criteria and fulfills the Participation Requirements can win up to 4 (four) prizes. The type and number of prizes depends on the number of completed Goals:

1. for Goal 1, your choice: 1 (one) virtual Amazon gift card or an equivalent (hereinafter referred to as a “Gift Card”) with a face value of 150 (one hundred fifty) US Dollars for the first 90 Participants; for the remaining Participants 1 (one) No-Deposit Bonus in the amount of 150 (one hundred fifty) US Dollars;
2. for Goal 2, 1 (one) No-Deposit Bonus in the amount of 300 (three hundred) US Dollars;
3. for Goal 3, one (1) No-Deposit Bonus in the amount of 500 (five hundred) US Dollars; 
4. for Goal 4, your choice: 1 (one) virtual Gift Card with a face value of 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) US Dollars the first 10 Participants; for the remaining Participants the cash equivalent.
5. To receive a prize, you need to write to our support team.

Please tell us what Goal you completed with what results. We will check your activity within the Promotion and if everything is in order, we will proceed with the transfer of prizes.

3. The No-Deposit Bonus will be credited to your Binomo Account within 10 (ten) business days. It can be used within 7 (seven) days from the date of crediting. 
4. The cash equivalent of the Gift Card will also be credited to your Binomo Account within 10 (ten) business days.
5. The gift card can be sent to the email address specified in your Binomo Account within 20 (twenty) business days. We will try to do it faster than that. The period during which it can be used is 1 (one) year. 

Please note that the number of Gift Cards is limited. 

Gift Cards for Goal 1 will be available only for the first 90 (ninety) Participants who request them. Gift Cards for Goal 4 will be available for the first 10 (ten) Participants.

6. If We require additional information to transfer the prize(s) or need to provide you information about the prize(s), We will send notification to the email address provided in your Binomo Account. You must provide the requested information within five (5) days or We will be forced to cancel your participation in the Promotion and therefore will not be able to award the prize(s).
7. Additional terms and conditions

Participation in the Promotion 

1. Participation in the Promotion is your free and voluntary decision. You do so at your own free discretion and desire and at your own risk.
2. By participating in the Promotion and/or utilizing any benefit provided by it, you fully accept these Rules and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions.

The Rules 

3. These Rules supplement and are considered and interpreted in conjunction with Binomo’s Client Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Client Agreement”) and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) posted on https://binomo-investbroker.com/.

Where any matter is not expressly provided for or regulated by these Rules, the provisions of the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy shall apply. 

Abuses 

4. The registration of new accounts on Binomo by already registered Users, including any fraudulent actions or other abuses in order to participate in the Promotion and obtain unfair advantages, is not allowed. Any form of fraudulent actions or abuses, including manipulation, deception, or any attempts to circumvent the Rules, including by providing false data and/or information, is strictly prohibited.

If you violate this clause, We may cancel your participation in the Promotion and demand full compensation for losses. In addition, We may refrain from providing the benefits provided for by the Promotion, and/or deduct any benefit or profit that You received as or as a result of unfair actions, abuses, and/or manipulations, including by adjusting Your transactions and/or results on Binomo. We may also prohibit You from participating in any future Binomo Promotions.

Changes

5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate, curtail, and/or extend the Promotion at any time at our discretion and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to monitor for changes on Our Site.

Interpretation

6. Terms that are capitalized in these Rules, such as “Account,” “Real Account,” “Deposit,” “User,” “Trading Turnover,” etc., shall be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement.

Wherever We use the words “include” or “including” in this Policy, the words “without limitation” shall be deemed to follow.

The term “day” always means a calendar day unless We have expressly written otherwise.

All terms and definitions in these Rules apply equally to the masculine, feminine, and neutral genders and their singular and plural forms, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Personal Information

7. By participating in the Promotion, You give Us your express and free consent to collect, process, and store your first and last name, Binomo nickname (if any), Binomo user ID, contact details, image, and any other personal data and/or information, and to use such information to contact you and/or to be published and announced in Binomo’s channels, groups, and communities on any social media, and in advertising and other materials.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending Us notice at .

Legal compliance and accountability

8. You are fully and solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that relate to or mediate your activity on Binomo, including as part of the Promotion, and for any consequences of such activity.

We are not responsible for any consequences, financial, tax, or otherwise, that have arisen or may arise from or in connection with your activity on Binomo, participation in the Promotion, and/or receipt and/or use of rewards and benefits. We will not be liable for, among other things, the following:

• if you have failed to read, misunderstood, or misinterpreted these Rules for any reason;
• for any errors you make and the consequences of them, including inaccuracies in the contact information you have provided or entered in your Binomo Account;
• if We have not received the information about Your participation in the Promotion necessary to award rewards and/or benefits for any reason, including in cases of Your inactivity, other circumstances on Your part, and/or technical problems or system failures in data transmission whether from You, Us, or a third party;
• if You have not met the requirements for participation in the Promotion or do not meet the Participation Criteria;
• if You have not claimed or used the rewards and/or benefits provided.

By participating in the Promotion, You fully release Us from any and all liability and consequences of Your participation.
