General Information
1.1. “Benefits for Views” promotion (the “Promotion”) is developed and organized by Dolphin Corp LLC, St. Vincent and the Grenadines company with registration number 915 LLC 2021and address at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.2. Our goal is to enhance the Binomo platform (the “Binomo”, “Platform”) community engagement and build a strong connection with everyone included in it.
1.3. Promotion terms and conditions (the “Rules”) are available at https://blog.binomo-investbroker.com/ugcchallengeindia/ (the “Promotion Page”, “Our Site”) and via Our Telegram chatbot https://t.me/big_benefits_bot (the “Chatbot”).
2. Who can participate?
2.1. Participation in this Promotion is exclusive and available only to legally capable persons (“You”, “Your”, “Participant(-s)”) who:
(a) are of 18+ age; and
(b) are registered on Binomo as Users; and
(c) reside in India.
Para. (a) to (c) together – the “Participation Criteria”.
2.2. These Rules may also have additional requirements. Please, review them carefully.
3. When We run the Promotion
3.1. The Promotion runs from November 15, 2024 (00:00 UTC) (the “Start Date”) to December 15, 2024 (23:59 UTC) (the “End Date”) or upon the Rewards Pool exhaustion (please, see para. 5.1 herein), whichever comes first (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to participate?
4.1. To take part in the Promotion during the Promotion Period You need to create by Your own means and expenses a unique creative video (the “Video”) featuring Binomo and post it in Your YouTube and (or) Instagram account.
4.2. Your Video should the following requirements for its content and posting (the “Requirements”):
(a) Only unique content: Your Video be new and unique, i.e. created from scratch, without using others’ work or copying existing material, not being previously published or used, including with slight modifications.
It is important that the Video is original, expressing Your own ideas, style, and creative approach.
It is strictly prohibited to copy or replicate any existing works, use videos and creatives belonging to others and claim them as Your own;
(b) Topic: positive experience and best practices in trading, investment, and financial literacy;
(c) Length: up to sixty (60) seconds;
(d) Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Gujrati, Telugu, Malayalam, Urdu, or Bengali;
(e) Mandatory attributes and features:
- Include in Your Video Our logo or Binomo name. You will find them in the Chatbot.
They must be clearly visible and easily readable throughout the entire Video duration;
- Place a bar with a promo code BINOMOVIEWS on Your Video. The bar will also be available in the Chatbot;
- Place a link on the Video or in its description box to one (1) of Our accounts: either to YouTube – https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwkD9jHgRANkwNWMKfZQm0w, if Your Video is posted on YouTube, or Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/binomo, if Your Video is posted on Instagram.
(f) Your accounts: YouTube and (or) Instagram accounts You use to post the Video, as well as commentary and analytical sections, must be open, i.e. available for access and viewing by anyone, including non-followers, throughout the Promotion Period and ninety (90) days afterwards;
(g) Posting: Your Video must remain posted throughout the Promotion Period and ninety (90) days afterwards;
(h) Compliance: Your Video must fully comply with the rules and requirements of YouTube and (or) Instagram, depending on where You post it, as well as with any and all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines, including those that are advisory in nature;
(i) What is prohibited:
- Collaborations and cross-promotion with other users, bloggers, and influencers;
- Artificially raised numbers of views, likes, and comments to Your Video;
- Visual, stylistic, and other misrepresentations and modifications of Our logo and (or) Binomo name, except for their proportional downsizing to 125×50 px (pixels) scale;
- Use of logos, screenshots, links, names, and images of other trading platforms;
- Any negative or unfavorable comparison of Binomo with other trading platforms;
- Use of any content that violates or may violate norms of morality and ethics, generally accepted within particular area or territory;
- Use of any content that violates or may violate YouTube and Instagram rules and terms of use;
- Any negative, offensive, abusive, defamatory, inappropriate language, expressions, statements, remarks, signs, symbols, both verbal and non-verbal;
- Statements of knowingly false facts and events, promises, or assurances that are known not to be true;
- Shocking content and images that humiliate the dignity and honor of any person;
- The words “binary”, “options”, “digital options”, or any other variations of these words and phrases with them;
- Gambling terminology such as “bet”, “guess”, “game”, “win”, “spread” or “spread betting”.
- Use of images, ideas, themes, references, videos, texts, music, or any other content that directly or indirectly carry the following message or may be interpreted accordingly: (i) guarantees or promises of income; (ii) representation of Binomo as a casino, gambling, or betting; (iii) violence in any form, military, political, religious, social conflicts, political processes (e.g. elections), any illegal activity, and any discrimination; (iv) use of Binomo by minors or underage children in the context of trading; (v) any religious figures (such as Jesus Christ, Buddha, monks, etc.); (vi) adult, erotic, nude, and sexual content; (vii) famous and public persons (such as actors, artists, athletes, parliamentarians, politicians, etc.) living or deceased without their separate written authorizations; (viii) disabled or seriously ill people; (ix) poverty and poor people, in relation to comparison with the benefits of trading on Binomo.
These Rules may also have additional requirements for the Video. Please, review them carefully.
4.3. If Your Video (i) meets the Requirements and (ii) receives ten thousand (10,000) or more organic views during the Promotion Period (the “Qualified Views”) (the “Eligible Video”), You may have the opportunity to earn the Rewards. For more details, plese, refer to Section 5 herein.
4.4. You can create an unlimited number of unique Videos with different content, however, from one (1) Participant We will accept for reviewing a maximum of three (3) Eligible Videos.
Please, note, one and the same Video posted both on YouTube and Instagram We will count as one Video.
5. Rewards
Your opportunities
5.1. We have prepared three (3) pools of rewards (the “Reward”) in their total amount of thirteen thousand (13,000) U.S. Dollars (the “USD”) (the “Rewards Pool”):
(a) Pool No. 1 – five hundred (500) certificates for a one-month subscription to Disney or similar streaming service (the “Certificate”) each valued up to ten (10) USD;
(b) Pool No. 2 – fifty (50) monetary units each of one hundred (100) USD (the “Unit”);
(c) Pool No. 3 – ten (10) sets of Apple AirPods Pro2 valued at up to three hundred (300) USD in a monetary equivalent (the “AirPods”).
If You submit Us at least one (1) Eligible Video, You have a chance to receive up to three (3) of the Rewards, however, not more than one (1) Reward from each Pool.
How We determine the Rewards owners
5.2. First five hundred (500) Participants who submit Us their Eligible Videos will receive one (1) Certificate each.
Please, note the limit – one (1) Participant may receive only one (1) Certificate, regardless of the number of Eligible Videos submitted.
5.3. The fifty (50) Participants who send Us their Eligible Videos will become owners of one (1) Unit each, if selected by a randomizer – an automated program randomly generating numbers.
5.4. 10 (ten) Participants whose Eligible Videos gained the greatest number of Qualified Views during the Promotion Period (the “Top 10”) will each receive one (1) set of AirPods in a monetary equivalent.
How We determine the Rewards owners
5.5. Once Your Video reaches the Qualified Views, You need to submit Us a verification request (the “Request”) via the Chatbot.
We will review and moderate each Request to verify Videos meet all the Requirements and You are eligible to be rewarded. The verification process may take up to ninety (90) days.
Videos that at Our sole discretion do not comply with the Requirements, look like a fake, otherwise violate these Rules or seem inappropriate will be disqualified; for such Videos You will not be eligible for Rewards.
5.6. The ones who become the Units owners and those included in the Top 10 will be determined once We completed Videos verification. We will try to do it by December 20, 2024 (23:59 UTC). However, please, keep in mind that this date is approximate, as the verification may take up to ninety (90) days.
We will announce those fortunates in the Chatbot by January 20, 2025 (23:59 UTC). If needed, We will additionally send them notifications to the emails from the Binomo Account.
How to get Your Reward
5.7. You will receive the Certificate to Your email address indicated in Your Binomo Account by January 20, 2025 (23:59 UTC).
The Units and monetary equivalent of the Airpods will be credited to Binomo Accounts of their owners also by January 20, 2025 (23:59 UTC).
Please, remember that the terms and conditions of Сertificates use are beyond Our control and are determined by the respective issuing company. Make sure to read them carefully so as not to miss important details.
5.8. Please remember, all Rewards are personal. They cannot be exchanged or substituted.
5.9. If We need additional information to deliver the Rewards, We will contact You by the email from Your Binomo Account. Please send Us the requested details within five (5) days, otherwise We will be unable to award You and forced to cancel Your participation in the Promotion.
6. Additional terms
Participation in the Promotion
6.1. If You take part in the Promotion and (or) use any Reward provided therein, You fully accept and agree to be bound by these Rules.
6.2. By participating in the Promotion, You act of Your own free will and voluntary decision, in Your own interest and at Your own risk.
6.3. We do not allow Our employees, affiliates, and persons involved in the administration and execution of the Promotion to participate in it. If You hold any of these statuses, We will not count You as a Participant.
6.4. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, managed or affiliated with Meta, Instagram, or Telegram.
These Rules
6.5. These Rules apply specifically to the Promotion and are supplemented to the Binomo Client Agreement (the “Client Agreement”) and Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) published on https://binomo-investbroker.com/.
If any issue is not expressly provided forth or covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy shall apply.
Fraud and Abuse
6.6. Registration of new Binomo Accounts by already registered Users, as well as any fraudulent actions and other abuses in order to participate in the Promotion and obtain any unfair advantages are not allowed.
Any manipulation, deception, misleading, providing Us false data and information, attempts to bypass the Rules, including through the use of artificial intelligence tools, bots and other similar methods, and other abuses are strictly prohibited.
If You breach this Clause, We may cancel Your participation in the Promotion and demand a full refund of Our losses. In addition, We may refuse to provide You with the Rewards, deduct any benefits and profits You received from or as a result of Your unfair acts, abuses and manipulations, including by adjusting Your transactions and results on Binomo. We may also prohibit You from participating in any future Binomo promotions.
Changes
6.7. We reserve the right at any time, for any reason and in Our sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate, restart the Promotion, as well as to shorten or extend Promotion Period, including before the End Date or Rewards Pool exhaustion, without a prior notice. We may do this by changing the Rules, removing them from Our Site, restricting and (or) reactivating access to it.
It is Your responsibility to monitor for any changes. Make sure to periodically check Our Site not to miss anything important.
Interpretation
6.8. Capitalized terms We use in these Rules, such as “Account”, “Real Account”, “Deposit”, “User”, etc., and not defined otherwise shall be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement.
Wherever We use the words “includes”, “including” or “including”, the words “without limitation” shall be deemed to follow.
The term “day” always means a calendar day unless We expressly set otherwise.
All terms and definitions herein apply equally to the male, female and neutral genders and their singular and plural forms, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Personal Information
6.9. By taking part in the Promotion, You expressly and freely agree and authorize Us to collect, process, store and use Your first name, surname, nickname on Binomo, in social media and online resources (if any), Your Binomo User ID, address, telephone, image and other personal data. We will use it to contact You and, if necessary, publish in Binomo social media and online resources channels, groups and communities, Binomo advertising and other materials, including by announcing and referencing them.
You may withdraw Your consent at any time by sending Us a notice at .
Security
6.10. You are solely responsible for the security and safety of the credentials of Your accounts (cabinets) on any social media and digital platforms. All actions and decisions made through them are deemed to be done by You.
Please, make sure that Your data is protected and kept confidential so no third party has access or control over it.
Video Eligibility
6.11. We take the quality and content of Your Video seriously and want to ensure that all Videos meet the Requirements and are Eligible. Each Request will be carefully reviewed by Our team.
While We encourage everyone to take part in the Promotion, please note that We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to determine whether or not a Video is Eligible, and reject any Video if We deem it non-compliant with these Rules, look like a fake, violate these Rules or appear inappropriate in any other way. For such Videos You will not be eligible for Rewards.
6.12. By participating in the Promotion, You acknowledge and agree that Our decision regarding the Eligibility of any Video is final and binding, and We are under no obligation to provide reasons for them. You further expressly release and discharge Us from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to Our decision regarding the Eligibility of Your Video or the awarding You with any Rewards.
Rights and Titles
6.13. You create all Videos solely on Your own means and at Your own expenses. We do not compensate You for any of Your expenses.
6.14. If You submit as a Request with Your Video, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license and right to use the Video and (or) its parts in any manner, including, but not limited to, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, replicate, modify, alter, modify, publish, publicly perform, publicize, including with the link to Your social media account, and exploit it otherwise in any manner at Our sole discretion without Your approval or consent.
You acknowledge and agree that the license is royalty-free and You will not be entitled to any fees, compensation, or financial reimbursement of any kind from Us, and fully waive any and all claims for monetary compensation related to the rights granted to Us.
Moreover, You represent and warrant that use of the Video and (or) its parts does not and shall not violate, infringe, or invade any rights and (or) interests of any third party.
6.15. Any materials and logos that We provide to You to participate in the Promotion are and shall remain Our exclusive property.
You may use them solely for the Video creation. Nothing in these Rules or Our communications with You shall be construed as granting You any other right or title over any Our materials or logos.
Compliance and liabilities
6.16. You are fully and solely responsible for compliance with any laws and regulations that relate to or mediate Your activity on Binomo, including on the part of Your participation in the Promotion, and for any consequences of such activity, and fully release Us, Meta, Instagram, and Telegram from any related liabilities.
6.17. We assume no responsibility for any financial, tax or other consequences that have arisen or may arise as a result of or in connection with Your activity on Binomo, participation in the Promotion, receipt and (or) use of the Rewards. We will not be liable for the following cases, among others:
- if You failed to review, misunderstood or misinterpreted these Rules for any reason;
- for any Your errors and their consequences, including inaccuracies in the contact details You provided Us or indicated in your Binomo Account;
- use of Your Binomo Account or other account(s) (cabinet) by third parties whether with or without Your authorization;
- if We have not received information about Your participation in the Promotion or data necessary to award with Rewards for any reason, including in cases of Your inactivity, other circumstances on Your side, technical problems and system failures in data transmission, whether on Your, Our or a third party’s side;
- if Your Video is not Eligible or You do not meet the Participation Criteria;
- if You have not claimed or used the Rewards provided.
